Three Layers of Privacy

Confidential Profile

Setting your profile as private gives you the highest layer of privacy, but also the least visibility. No prospective employer or recruiter will be able to search your profile. The only entities with access to your information will be those that you sent it to via an application. A private profile provides you with no chance of being found by a prospective employer.

Anonymous Profile

Allows you to post a resume, but hide your personal data. Be sure to remove all personal data from your resume or it will be posted when you post your resume. Your resume will be searchable put personal information such as your name, phone number, address and email will not be included. When an employer wishes to contact you, they will be able to do so through a blind carbon copy email. The email will be directed to LANC and we will forward you a copy. This gives you a medium level chance of being contacted by an employer.

Public Profile

Your resume is searchable, and employers can see your personal data. This option gives you the most visibility and gives you the highest chance of being contacted by an employer. You will also be eligible to become a “Featured Seeker”. Featured Seekers are placed in a prominent position on an employer’s login, giving you the attention you deserve. Employers will not have a problem identifying you and you’re unique talents.

Rights of California Residents

By law a company has to disclose a list of third parties that they have provided personal information to, if the established customer is a California resident, has established a customer relationship and the resident has requested that information.
However the business may adhere to this law informing the customer of its policy to disclose information and allow the customer to prevent this disclosure at no cost.
