We are Los Angeles’ premiere nonprofit job portal.  Yet, before that, when we first conceived LANC, an important aspect of its development was to give back to the community.  We believe being green—taking care of the environment—is part of giving back.  Now, you are probably wondering “How can a website be green?” Well, it is surprisingly easy—see the following steps taken:

·   Housed our website domain with a green host—Hostpapa—minimizing our carbon footprint

·   Hired a green graphics company to produce letterhead and business cards from recycled materials and soy/vegetable based inks: Green Square Graphics

·   Contracted with a customer service company that behaves green: AnswerConnect

·   Went virtually paperless

Our highest priority is providing premiere products and services to our clients, members, and visitors.  And we feel we can better do that by being green.
